These terms apply to the website batonrougefenceandgate.com. The website is operated by Radkreation Media LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). When you request a quote, we pass your request to an independent local fence installer serving the area, who contacts you, prepares the quote, and performs any work you approve.

Using this website

You’re welcome to browse this site, request a quote, and share it with others. You may not copy our written content or photos for your own commercial use, misrepresent who you are when contacting us, or attempt to disrupt the site.

Quotes, work, and payment

Quotes, scheduling, payment, warranties, and site safety are handled by the independent local fence installer who receives your request, under that fence installer’s own written quote and agreement. We don’t perform fence work and we aren’t a party to that agreement. Here is what to expect:

• Quotes are written and itemized, listing posts, materials, gates, and hardware, and no work starts until you approve one.
• Permits and any HOA approval are arranged before installation, and work dates depend on those approvals and the weather.
• Payment and any warranty terms are set out in writing by the installer before work begins.
• Tell the installer about drainage servitudes, sprinklers, underground utilities, or private lines before posts go in.

Photos and property details

We’ll only publish photos of your property on this website with your permission, and we never publish your address.

Phone calls

We and the fence installer use the phone number you give us to call you about your request. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses connected to your use of this website. Claims about fence work are handled under your agreement with the fence installer who did it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under Louisiana law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
