Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Baton Rouge Fence and Gate is a website operated by Radkreation Media LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). Through it, homeowners and property owners in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and the surrounding parishes can request quotes for fence and gate installation, gate repair, fence repair, rebuilds, and related fencing work. Quotes and the work itself are provided by independent local fence installers. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your request:

• Contact details you give us when you request a quote or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, and the property address.
• Project details you share with us: what you need the fence to do, roughly how long it is, the style and material, and anything else you tell us so the job can be quoted accurately.
• Communication records: copies of emails and notes from calls between you and us, so we can follow up properly.
• Website and device data collected automatically when you visit: pages viewed, your IP address, and browser and device details. See “Cookies and the quote form” below.

How we use and share it

• To answer your questions and follow up on your request.
• To pass your request to the independent local fence installer who prepares your quote and, if you hire them, schedules and does the work.

When you request a quote, we share your contact and project details with that fence installer so they can contact you. The fence installer pays us for these requests. We don’t share your information with anyone else for their own marketing, and we don’t sell it to data brokers or marketing lists.

Phone calls

We and the fence installer use the phone number you give us to call you about your request. We don’t use it for anything else.

Cookies and the quote form

The pages of this website run no advertising pixel and no analytics script, and their fonts are served from this website. The quote form is provided by our website and CRM platform and loads inside a frame on this page from app.nocotel.com and cdn.nocotel.com. The platform may store a visitor identifier in your browser so that a quote request can be connected to your visit. The form loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the form loads. We don’t build advertising profiles from your visit.

How to limit it: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing, or turn on your browser’s tracking protection. You can also contact us and ask us not to connect your visits to your contact information. The site works either way.

Photos of completed work

If we want to use a photo of your property on this website, we’ll ask you first. We never publish your address, and we never publish anything that identifies you without permission.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers, for example website hosting, phone answering, and email tools. These providers process information only on our behalf. We don’t give them your information for their own marketing.

How long we keep information

We keep request and project records for as long as needed to serve you and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as access controls, encrypted connections for email and web traffic, and limited access to customer records, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we’d want ours treated.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, and we’ll tell you.
• Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep for tax and legal reasons.
• Opt out of emails or calls at any time by telling us.
• Limit cookies as described in “Cookies and the quote form” above.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We respond as quickly as we can.

Children

This website is intended for property owners, managers, and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the updated version on this page with a new date. The date at the top tells you which version applies.
